This Day of Caring was marked with a record breaking amount of volunteers and projects from any other year. Day of Caring went off without a glitch with over 150 volunteers participating at over 10 nonprofit organizations with an assortment of projects varying from hanging clothes and doing yardwork. Most volunteers attended the Breakfast Kick Off and had tons of fun. There was dancing and cheering, not to mention pancakes and sausage washed down with coffee or orange juice, to get everyone ready to attack the day.
We hope to have an even better turn out next year.
