“The Organization Whisperer” will direct you to “The First 10 Questions to Ask” and the “First 10 Actions to Take” for improving your organizational performance. Make a priority of learning how to use the donations you receive efficiently. Through a guided discussion, we will use the meeting as a sort of strategic planning session.
