“Board Development”

How do you find board members to match your organizational needs and aspirations? How do you recruit the right people to serve? How do you engage new board members to become effective contributors to your enterprise? How do you plan for the future? Dr. Akoto will share her special expertise with us on this “evergreen” topic of board development.
