Neal Gladner is an award-winning broadcast journalist who has been on the air and a radio manager for over 30 years.
Currently, the Director of Sales and Marketing for US Stations in Hot Springs, he works with clients to achieve their advertising and marketing goals. He is also a voice talent for commercials on radio and TV and enjoys public speaking.
Prior to Hot Springs, Gladner was an on-air host and manager for radio stations in Little Rock, most notably with KARN Newsradio and the Arkansas Radio Network before becoming General Manager of those stations. Prior to his Little Rock years, Gladner was a reporter and News Director in Spokane, Washington and Seattle, Washington.
Away from radio, he has a private consulting practice in the areas of Communications, Public Relations, Media Training and Talent Coaching.
Gladner is an avid golfer, but cautions people not to confuse his passion for the game with actually being any good.
He is married to Rose, and they have two daughters and two rescue dogs.
